Warranty and Refund

Our products are covered by a one year warranty unless otherwise stated. Within that timeframe in the event of an issue with a product, we will ask that the product be returned to us in WuHan,China. Once returned we will evaluate the issue and identify the cause. If the issue is found to be the result of a manufacturing error we will reimburse the return shipping cost, repair or replace the unit and ship it back to the buyer. Beyond that timeframe, we will repair each unit on a case by case repair fee.

What is the refund process?

All Glasses and Contact Lenses are eligible for 30-day return from the date of delivery. You may be eligible for a full refund if glasses are returned in a new and unused condition with its complementary cases. All glasses are subject to inspection on arrival, and your refund will be issued after the inspection. Contact Lenses must be unopened and unmarked to be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
